Chapter 313 "Minutes"

After a light luncheon, President Stegeman called the meeting to order at noon Nov 2nd. A.C. Pearre gave the invocation followed by group's Pledge of Allegiance to our nation's flag.

Stegeman introduced Karlene Diekroeger as guest speaker for the meeting. She serves on the Board of Directors of the local Adult Basic Literacy Education (ABLE) program.

The Minutes of the previous meeting October 5th were approved as written. Stegeman then gave the Treasurer's report.

The president announced the slate of officers for 2011 will be: Derril Harms, president; Laurice Stevens, vice president; Bob Anderson, treasurer; and Marcia Schweiss, secretary.

Chapter officers for next year will be installed at the December 7 meeting. Come for a luncheon at 11:30am prior to the noon meeting at American Legion building. MO five-county (Callaway, Cole, Miller, Moniteau, Morgan) Senator-elect Mike Kehoe will be our December meeting's guest speaker.
